1. Marketplace role

Nesty is a property discovery and communication platform. Listings may be supplied by agents, owners or imported legacy records. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Nesty is not the owner, developer, broker, lender, advocate or contracting party in a property transaction.

2. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure and promptly update changed details. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must notify us of suspected unauthorised use.

3. Listing requirements

Agents and owners may publish only lawful, accurate and current listings that they are authorised to advertise. Misleading pricing, duplicate listings, discriminatory content, copied photographs, false availability, unlawful projects and concealed material facts are prohibited.

4. Independent verification

Buyers and tenants must independently verify identity, title and ownership, encumbrances, approvals, RERA registration where applicable, measurements, boundaries, permitted use, taxes, maintenance, availability, pricing and every transaction document before paying or signing.

5. Enquiries and transactions

Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a property or create a contract. Negotiations, site visits, token payments, deposits, brokerage, rent, sale consideration and documentation are matters between the relevant parties. Obtain appropriate legal and financial advice.

6. Photographs and intellectual property

Uploaders retain responsibility for submitted content and grant Nesty permission to host, resize, optimise and display it for operating and promoting the listing. Users must not copy, scrape or commercially reuse website content without permission.

7. Acceptable use

You must not impersonate another person, send spam, harvest contact data, introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, evade security controls, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

8. Third-party services

Maps, messaging, analytics, advertisements, payment links and external websites may be operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. Nesty does not control their availability or content.

9. Suspension and removal

We may correct, hide or remove listings and restrict or suspend accounts when information appears unlawful, misleading, unsafe, duplicated, expired or contrary to these terms.

10. Availability and liability

The website is provided on an availability basis. While reasonable care is taken, Nesty does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy, legality, quality or availability of third-party listings. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Questions may be submitted through the Contact Us page.
