• Communications, support requests, visit schedules, reminders and lead-management activity created through Nesty.

2. Where information comes from

Information is provided directly by visitors, registered agents and property owners, generated when the website is used, or retained from authorised legacy property records imported into Nesty.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, publish and manage listings, improve property discovery, connect visitors with agents or owners, respond to support requests, schedule follow-ups, prevent fraud and abuse, measure website performance and comply with applicable obligations.

4. Consent and processing choices

Information is processed to provide requested services, operate legitimate marketplace and security functions, meet legal obligations and, where required, with consent. Optional analytics, advertising and marketing features can be disabled by the administrator. Withdrawing optional consent does not affect processing already completed.

5. Enquiries and sharing

When you enquire about a property, the name, email address, telephone number and message you submit may be shared with the agent or owner responsible for that listing so they can respond. Hosting, email, analytics, maps, advertising and security providers may process limited information only for their contracted purpose. Nesty does not sell personal information.

6. Public listings

Property descriptions, business contact information and photographs submitted for publication may be publicly accessible and indexed by search engines. Uploaders must not publish confidential information, personal documents or images they are not authorised to use.

7. Cookies, analytics and advertising

Essential cookies support login, security and preferences. Optional analytics, advertising pixels and personalised advertising operate only when enabled and permitted by applicable consent settings. Browser controls may be used to block or remove cookies, although some account functions may then be unavailable.

Nesty is intended for adults conducting property-related activity. Children should not create accounts, publish listings or submit personal information without lawful guardian involvement.

Include enough information for the request to be identified without sending unnecessary confidential documents.
